Film portraits of my roommate Elena Cherkassky, an actor and director living in Brooklyn, New York. We shot these portraits one winter evening in our Carroll Gardens apartment. These were my first portraits on my Pentax 67 camera, and marked the beginning of my journey into medium format film photography. I’m so excited to begin learning.
